Ribboprint is a long established printing company since
1958. It started as a small family business in Newtown. They started
with only printing labels in the room where they lived. As the business
grew and the market expanded, they moved to Annandale and started
to operate as a formal business. The number of employees jumped to
15 instead of a couple. In 1996, we got a Business award celebrating
the 25th Anniversary for the company.

At the beginning of 2001, as the managing director, Ms. Joyce Chen,
foreseen the opportunities in expanding the business in printing office
stationery and importing woven labels from Asian countries, she negotiated
an acquisition of a woven label importing company. Same year in March,
we merged and renamed the company Ribboprint Pty Ltd trading as Wilson
labels and relocated in Marrickville.
Therefore, through our network association with some of the largest
label suppliers in Asian countries, where they have the most advance
clothing label machines, we are now not only printing labels but can
also do a variety of clothing labels and accessories. |

In the future, we are focusing on any new and better ways to serve
customers. The first step is to develop our e-business, as this is
a new and popular trend in reaching customers. Furthermore, the aim
of e-business is mainly for customers' convenience, as you can not
only save your time on traveling in and out to your label suppliers,
but also save your cost on providing a high quality hard copy of artwork
by sending it through email.
